A month or 6 longer, who gives a rats - if it means that something critical in the process to obtain approvals, finance, de-risks the project for all stakeholders that little bit more.
Because, IMO, they get the first one right & they are well down that road, there will be many more to come & those other plants will have a template, lessons learned to follow.
