Sholtz...
Obviously, the note holder is selling some (managable amounts) as he converts, with the aim of being debt free and left with a truck load of freebies at the end. The volumes etc all line up there.
But why is he selling?
A couple of possibilities:
* He paid it outright - $2 mill is a huge risk for a speccie. Would he do that? If he did - he would be wise to progressively sell/convert as he has, to recover his investment....take the 60% profits for a days work.
* He is paying Johnson progressively. Again he would be wise to progressively sell/convert as he has. Johnson wants his cash and the note holder is in a very dangerous situation if he converts alot and then the sp tanks for what ever reason.
The temptation would be to convert most at 2.3c and sit and wait/hope Tincom money is banked. Then clean up bigtime as the sp spikes. The note holder is understandably not doing that.
Key is WHO holds the con note? If you know that then it falls into place!
