To put the GCY plant in context.
I live in a nice house with sea views of modest construction close to everything I produce.
I can buy a far bigger house for far less 100k away in the sticks that cost a fortune to build and is a lot newer.
Trouble is the 100k travel distance for my truck each and everytime I go there and move stuff.
Its costly in fuel and time which I pay for to get me and my stuff there.
The only way the bigger house would be better is if I could fill every room with family.
What would be more valuable to me?
NST bought Paulsens because nobody else wanted it at the time.
They paid less than the vendors spent on the drive to access fresh ore and did it on drip feed from profits.
SL has apparently created NST but as a shareholder from that time he is unknown to me.
BB who did the deal and ran the show has gone onto bigger and hopefully better things.
