Preproduction Costs means all exploration and development expenditures and all other costs, expenses including cash payments, obligations, and liabilities, including those of a capital nature, directly or indirectly incurred prior to the date in which the Property are placed in Commercial Production,
seems to me that $67 mill upfron would be included in the other figure ...any accountant here to clear this up ?
