Just putting this out there but if the share price is greater then 20c as per BPT bid then given the agreement says if in the event there is no superior offer, then why can't wgo not go ahead with the agreement as this would indeed be the superior offer. From a legal/contract perspective why can't not going ahead be considered a superior offer.
