Point 1 - Yes the Solar System varies climate, BUT CO2 emissions are making it much more extreme and faster! Forget your billions of years - we are in trouble NOW!
Point 2 - Possibly EV uptake will increase global emissions, Dec 1.5 target notwithstanding, BUT in the long term EV uptake will reduce CO2 emissions!
Either you understand it, or you don't. The majority (COP 27) does IMO.
