WIN has complex mineral rights across their tenements, with the majority being nickel only. So WIN has lithium rights for M 15/102 but you need to look where the pegmatite is going under the ground to where they don't own the rights.






So WIN need to convince Mincor to grant them lithium rights to tenement M 15/103 so they can gain full potential access to the resource. The pegmatites strike north/south, but dip to the east. I have strong doubts about WIN gaining full control over tenement M15/103 because Mincor want that for the nickel rights, however they may be willing to hand over lithium rights for the right price.
