in general you need to prepare for the presentation, you dont turn up and talk on the day, otherwise you look like baffoons.
you also prepare handouts and notes for attendees to maintain intrest amongst other reasons...
so ergo it will/should be done before then, the signs are good, but like i said before, signs arent going to move the SP!
anyway thats only 1 week and a bit away.
