Yup, ICO will be losing money hand over fist unless cobalt prices go up substantially. The good thing with the cap raising is they now have time to get through the money losing phase. Commodities always move in cycles. Investors need to take this into account and hence I was bearish on JRV due to the debt on the books and loss making position (that rampers kept saying wasn't the case, but obviously was and is). I'm still not bullish but am happy to invest a small amount for the turnaround.
