Summons in environmental cases

At the Umeå District Court, the Land and Environmental Court, in case M 1573-20, Talga AB has applied for
permit according to the Environmental Code for mining activities, etc. at Nunasvaara South West of
Vittangi in Kiruna municipality.

The Land and Environmental Court holds the main hearing in the case on Tuesday, January 31
at 09.30 with a planned continuation at 08.30 on 1-3 February 2023, 7-9 February 2023, 2-5 pm
February 2023 and 21-23 February 2023. The hearing is held at Quality Hotell Luleå,
Storgatan 17, 91 28 Luleå, Sweden. Main negotiation may be held even if someone
party fails to appear.
