@colb - I initially watched the Covid surge - and comparative 'curves' etc - especially in regard to the U.S. and Australia closely - regularly, followed it up by reading and I am now quite comfortable in the knowledge, that for the time being, my jabs are protecting me. It won't be forever, will need a top-up, but I also know that all our clever people who do other than Google searches and Facebook messaging are working away away in laboratories developing a better vaccine, because this disease is an existential threat to humanity,

Quite objectively speaking; one major reason why we seem to have pandemics every so often, is because we, as a living organism are simply overwhelming the world and we outcompete all other organisms - nature is fighting back, but we always seem to win . . .

I have also observed the growth of divisive distrust and suspiciousness in people, which is unhealthy - and it is not restricted to 'the jab' - I think generally, the sort of half-education people get nowadays and the believe 'they know it all' is to blame - too many half-educated people around who see a commercial advantage in stirring the pot. Dr Wakiefield is one of them - he is not recognised as a medical doctor anymore in Britain, but simply shifted to L.A. married a glamour wife (Elle McPherson - but now divorced) and is raking in the dollars from his true- anti-Covid believers.
