    • TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF A$0.295 PER SHARE PAYABLE BY PLUTUS BIDCO
    • BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSIDERS SCHEME TO BE IN BEST INTERESTS OF MSL SHAREHOLDERS
    • UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT MSL SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF SCHEME
