A month..... or earlier it says. I think they are playing safe with a month and it will open earlier. Better to do a month than 2 weeks then another 2 weeks.
I believe we have the ML but not all the documentation and assurances but not far away.
I am tipping we will open earlier that 15th December with everything in place then a series of announcements.
Just my opinion. You never know what is next in the DRC.
