this would reflect poorly on the directors of AOE if the company actually gets taken out for this price.
If they aren't confident of this stoking interest from other buyers, then they will have let their shareholders down by accepting this.
Anyhow, let's not jump the gun. I am not a holder but watch keenly due to implications for BOW.
