I assume this will be done through a scheme of arrangement.
In which case they need 75% of the shares voted. Well my few will be voted against if all is as it looks. Simply far too cheap for the resource story, even setting aside the LT story management were driving.
Just goes to show that a major shareholder can be as much a liability as an asset.
Still early days, but looks now like it's all about price, not about survival.
