especially when he threw in that he was "near certain" the oil was under there. Makes no sense to me. "we gotta stop now... even though we have drilled down 3.5km over hundreds and hundreds of days at huge cost... and we are sure the oil is just under us... because its time to go appraising... in 4 months".
