    Crazy

It all depends on what your definition of insider trading is. If an investor has several million dollars invested in AGS, don't you think it would be sensible for that investor to be in regular communication with management. After all, you (if you had a position in AGS) would be entitled to contact management at any time and in fact many of the AGS holders posting on Hot Copper do exactly that.

Insider trading really refers to management /directors using their power to manipulate the share price and thereby gain pecuniary advantage from the shares they own in the company. There are strict regulations which attempt to prevent insider trading but of course it is impossible to police. I am sure a director will whisper to his brothers- nephews- sisters- aunt etc. There is no paper trail for the authorities to follow and we all know this happens. You would have to be naive to think otherwise.
