SQM and / or Albemarle ... and others.... eventually may pay the government representatives and / or CODELCO a large expense allowance .... or would another name be more appropriate ?
For example, has LPI never paid a so called acceleration fee to the government representatives ?
Then we have a reason for where we are today !
