was talking to friends Corowa...they said town has been talking about this for a couple of years...they think Albury and Corowa should do well.....ie self interest I guess...
family member changed his mind, bit like the weather atm, and thinks he would like to go back...but he is not a worker...aged person...interested in fishing and low activity pursuits
apparently the new rail has been transporting grain lately...so the locals say...they are excited they have rail back to those towns...its cheaper than road freight, hopeful they could have all freight types used...not just for the coal
others would be excited if they had rail travel back through all those old networks
certainly an air of subdued excitement...waiting for it to go ahead...
I agree with your plans...invest in an established area, that has massive growth potential, at a 1/4 of the cost of the cities
