Hi Dawg, good to see you posting here and thanks for the informative posts in LRS start of the year. I'll attempt to have a crack but others probably able to answer better.

Assaying in Brazil + Aus - I would hazard a guess because it's still technically in the DD period. Mars' consulting geologist is Brazil based and there were rock chips and a soil sample program already undertaken by Mars, results pending, prior to the acquisition announcement.

Correct, 75% ownership upon completion of the earn in. Note, until the earn in has been met, Mars is running the show. Once GMN obtains 75% they will then take control or the exploration programs etc.Couldn't find a whole lot on Mars personally so would love someone else that does to input.

With the recent raise coinciding the with acquisition announcement I believe there's enough funding to let the share price run a little on results and potentially see some options get converted. Hopefully a raise coinciding with a drill plan announcement in a month of two. Don't forget they have also indicated the plan to drill PNG this quarter and are waiting on additional trenching assays (surely have received/will receive these soon). Drilling this during the quarter more likely to need a raise sooner.
