agree astro,
in fact, the legals of taking 100% via liquidation is a longer road.
I understand that an agreed resolution, and not liquidating them, is a faster turn around to get simply the operatorship handed to us or other, and faster to get on with it.
A win win case is always preferable, especially for good will, and future operations in the area.
