I am dissapointed in the price.
But if the market sais this is the current rate, well you just have to cop it sweet. If it is such a bargain than you would expect a counter offer - but I doubt it.
Many get excited about having big companies on the share registry such as Shell. However as some have suggested, its sometimes a "poison pill" and inhibits a competive auction.
