I agree with you onthecash so I have penned a question to Mark asking when executive and staff rewards are going to be tied directly to shareholder rewards. I dont care if that is dividends (unlikely just yet) or SP appreciation but it needs to be there somewhere.
Why should we who risk our capital have year after year of executive and staff share handouts while our risk capital shrinks?
