No issues. I have documented everything. A few years ago the ATO site had a template investment strategy doc that could be downloaded. In it was a section on risk, single investment strategies and trustees being aware and accepting risk. I edited the template to suit. Looks professional.
I notice that the templates aren’t available on the site anymore. I went looking as my daughter now has a SMSF. I had saved the template.
My accountant is very impressed with the strategy. How could he not be. He even commented on how many EV’s he is noticing on the road. He is also aware of assets outside of super. The dividends will now perk his interest even more. Pension phase might not mean selling shares to fund income.
I have a few (3) other stocks for diversification, just for laughs. Still in battery sector.
