While this report is some 118 pages long, it is not all about PEK.
One thing that did caught my eye, was the fact of Niobium being mentioned.
As you also stated that the price for Niobium has sky rocket, recently.
Further exploration is warrant for this commodity, of cause once we have a clear sight on commencement of construction activity.
You never know what will happen to our share price, just like another ASX listed company share price went from 13 cents to $1.99 in a space of 6 trading days.
IMHO.
