If GMD don’t get 90%, what are the possible outcomes other than infinite extensions?

Do those who accepted the offer get their DCN shares back?

I obviously would like to see consolidation at a fair value..
It seems odd though that DCN directors recommended this offer with the timing of the share price dumping heavily.. An unusual “coincidence”..

I applaud DCN holders who haven’t accepted the offer and holding their ground..
