Gen 1 (in hospital unit) will not be used to make treatment decisions as a first port of call - EXCEPT - in the absence of CT or MRI. Rural hospitals are less likely to have readily available access to CT and MRI and therefore EMV Gen 1 will be ideal to fill that need.

Of course in the future Gen 2 will intercede this decision making process in the field but until then CT and MRI will be used first and Gen 1 more for in ward monitoring and then follow up scans.

There are more rural opportunities in the US.
