fyi I emailed the BOD recently on SH dismay covering some of the issues listed above. It went something like...

Hi guys

"This will come as no surprise, but SHs are bitterly disappointed and negativity prevails on the Hotcopper re the expiry of OA options and the company's new cone of silence policy... After numerous CRs, and lots of SH money, I believe the BOD need to hear some feedback below and respond appropriately... Why? In the absence of information, people make it up..."

In short, I was personally impressed AND assured by BOD individual responses to myself re their commitment to change and transparency surrounding budgetary issues and future operations. Also, I heard some of the contingencies that have hampered our progress along the way and that some of our geos were on a field trip atm.

If SHs have any major concerns, our chairman Adam Taylor (resident non-geo and major shareholder of 25 million shares who nobly put his hand up to lead Inca - who incidentally also overseas 350 employees in his other businesses) suggested that he can be contacted on [email protected]... I sensed the Dalai Lama was busy reorganising the team, as well as developing policy and procedures but, nevertheless, was certainly upbeat re 2023.
