With the current dynamics I really cant see a counter offer especially with the position Shell holds. And for shareholders if the bid is rejected the SP will fall back to the mid 3's at a blink of an eye.
And if shareholders arent concerned about this, they will be when they take on a AWC like captial raising for almost 60% of the market cap of the company to fund their LNG aspirations.
Probably the quote of the day is converting CSG to LNG is only for the big boys. And although you may not be overjoyed with the offer, management has probably poitioned itself perfectly to make DART the new ARROW.
