Disappointing with operating cash flow. This explains why they are not paying out a dividend. They have not really explained why the adminstration & selling costs have blown out so much. I want a much bigger discount to NAV around $1.50 before I buy more. With the low Aussie dollar & meat prices they should be able to improve the situation. They need to really run a tight operation.
