Great to see you have maintained your positivity @Ulysses05, your resiliance is certainly greater than mine but it pi$$es me off no end when people dont do what they say they will and are scant on the reasons why or a solid plan to deliver....

Finally, are there any influential holders here who can convince the board that it is a good idea to walk the talk outlined in their own policy below (broadcast the AGM) ?
They are not encouraging or facilitating participation at all by localising the AGM. Or maybe as per the policy they did actually consider it, then promptly ruled it out!
