Vanity has nothing to do with it, really. Its discipline & self respect that disappears. I know several ex- Special Air Service guys.....in their late 50's to 60's ....still trim & taut. Look at our ex -Governor General, Michael Jeffries, still jumping around on the tennis court..... Why do others let themselves go? Cause they lose the discipline to take care of their bodies & dont give a hoot. One has to care & work at it... We COULD all do it...if we cared. Excuse me, gotta get another stubbie...lol.
