no idea - just pointing out that the table you are quoting has issues with it compared to the official release. If you are going to use statistics you have to be able to rely totally on the data and that table seems incomplete.
I went and had a look at the table as you suggested as part of my investigation into BBN, as obviously fertility rates are a factor, but just don’t think I can rely on it. The official release indicates fertility rates bouncing back.
I am inclining towards a purchase but need to do more work.
