I respect your views. When I first bought SEV I was comforted by your rationale of the value, thanks. So will the deal go ahead? Only if the independent shareholders want to trade $1 billion cash to pay Kerry Stokes private company debt and pick up an asset that we could lose with 90 days notice. I am selling and voting NO with anything I keep. I also think the whole deal is offensive and the idea of Independent directors and advisors a farce.
