If the Lulo Rose was discovered by another diamond miner/explorer, such as as BDM, they would not have sold it as a rough and would have sold it cut & polished. This is where BDM differs from LOM in my view as they've deliberately established a 'luxury brand' to market and sell the cut & polished output from their best coloured stones to maximise the value to the company.
