The wording from Talga strongly suggests they expect a binding offtake agreement this month.
I've been assuming the anticipation of a binding agreement why the SP is floating around $1.30-40 rather than $1.10-20 after the CR. It's only my speculation but it seems sensible.
I'm very interested in seeing the wording around the floating price / reference price, and what the reference price will be. I think that will play a big role in how the market reacts. Who has set their expectations?
Looking at this slide from the Nov 3 Webinar, if Talnode-C is "Natural Graphite High" then I would hope for a reference price of at least $8k/t (USD).
