All title deeds are now stored electronically from what I can gather. Nice to have a hard copy filed with all the property docs. We are about to pay off another one, so I'll do the same.
Yep, ... Just about to pay last property loan off (very small amount), so we will be debt free. Plenty of cash, mining stocks, precious metals, properties, growing own food to supplement our eating needs with gardens and greenhouse and 3+ months of dry/tinned food and ingredients. We live in a rural town close-ish to major cities.
