    $500m to $1Billioncapex is horrid for these Hard Rock REE deposits.

    Clay Hosted REE deposits Capex’s are around $80m-$150m.

    DM1’s will be mostly paid for by the Australian Govt, as part of its $2Billion Critical Minerals Fund.
