Jat might not recoup lost cash. But if they can prove misappropriation of funds.

They would have a case to recoup via a larger percentage of Sunya in lieu of

lost revenue. With 3 Dirs appointed by Jat, This will not happen again.

From where i sit, The 2 Dirs in question, are in deep sh%t

So the charges are,( Attempted ) misappropriation of funds. Which was discovered and stopped
by Jat Dirs,

Question is. Has this happened before? ....( .A high probability ) and if so then compensation will be ordered
by way of cash or shares in Sunya.

Plus the transfer of IP to another company they own.( 2nd charge.) Which i have no doubt the court will order the
return of the IP back to Sunya.

I also believe once this is over. these 2 crooks will be not able to be board members in any Aus company.

certainly been a rough ride for holders! At least now we have switched on management with a vested interest in the
future of Jat.

For those of us that have believed in the companys products and wondered why we have
struggled. At least we now know!

As alarming as this news is. I feel much more content in my investment, knowing that from this point forward
we will have clear and concise reporting from the new team.

So still a rough road ahead, But definately light at the end of the tunnel.
