suggesting that when a cap raise was obviously in the works that Geof should not have said only 6 days ago that company was funded to mid next year.
To me that is blatant misrepresentation. He should just not have said anything…..but he did hoping that people would invest off the back the presentation accordingly.
fyi, I hold +2m shares in TSO and want it to succeed but don’t want to listen to directors so things that ain’t true.
