All the Polish President has said is- 'From the information that we and our allies have, it was an S-300 rocket made in the Soviet Union, an old rocket and there is no evidence that it was launched by the Russian side" and "It is highly probable that it was fired by Ukrainian anti-aircraft defence." and Biden said 'It is unlikely the missile was fired from Russia' There's a big difference in that compared to that which you claim so unless you have more recent information the facts are not as 'painfully clear' as you suggest and might want to believe. Who knows ? Perhaps it was fired by the Russians and it was a innocent, unintended, unfortunate mistake and Poland, the Yanks and NATO etc are keen to play the whole issue down to try and avoid WW3 ? We might never know.
