The value of Mukuyu-1 has theoretically gone up today in NPV terms.
- initial wireline logging results look good = higher probability of success
- drilling deeper = Lower Angwa now comes into play so we now have option value/discovery potential, didn't have this yesterday!
- 5-7 day delay = zero impact on NPV assuming a 50+ year gas field life
Someone explain to me why the share price will go down?
Am I being too analytical?
