Yep, AU$4.9M EV, with $700K USD, in free-cashflow. So actually around ~5x EV/FCF (given the conversion of USD to AUD at 1:1.50). I can't see a big deal at a company HQ level i.e. the OEM level (long sales cycles etc.). But, what I do see is gradual uptake at the dealership level across non-GM dealers. They are progressively de-risking with this dealership-led OEM agnostic strategy relative to a couple of years ago when they solely had GM to rely on. Good capital management here, they are investing to the point where PBT is >= $0. This should continue to drive GP higher over time while retaining strong levels of cash on hand (no capital raises = master of their own destiny). Trading on only ~1x ARR/EV right now.
