The acquisition and payment in shares for 100% interest in 1,824 claims
covering 985 square kilometres, located adjacent to the Moblan project
(covering 4.3 sq km) and extending over a major part of the Frotêt‐Evans
Greenstone Belt, will only dilute SYA shareholder equity by 2.2%.
However, the flip side of dilution is - how much value might the new
acquisition add to your share equity over time, or whether the new
capital increases the total cash flow on a per share basis. Note: PLL will
commence paying a dividend in 2023.
