It's insane: the salary ($400k) plus a bonus ($145k) and other shares (probably pushing $1m a year) for what...? Aren't bonuses tied to success...? I'm not sure why shareholders aren't up in arms with massive payouts like that and underperformance. I remember when Andrew Ward used to cop it for his salary but he was a founder and got the company to a listing...

So far:

- Launched nothing (Hong Kong was a flop, no surprise). Where's crypto?
- Increased expenses significantly
- Jumps around on the priorities, no real roadmap or company strategy (happy to be corrected on that)
- Share price down 60% (!!!) since joining
- Major shareholders (and the founder) attempted to remove some board members
- The only tech board member has resigned (Tam Vu), which concerns me
- The tech is still ancient, how has that not changed in 18 months?
- Increased the size of the sales team. The Adviser Platform brings in nothing, how's that justified?

Then she's going to dilute shareholders again through a raise to keep the lights on. There's probably not much left on that runway. What, 18 months at best?

I still have no idea how she got the job: no experience in tech, no understanding of equity markets, and no experience running a business. It shows.

I was a fan of Selfwealth when Rob Edgley was in charge (as you can tell by my post history) but no longer. They're getting destroyed by competitors and are rudderless. Change is needed otherwise this will very quickly become something shareholders have to keep alive and with no light at the end of the tunnel.

I've sold down, can't see it moving off $0.20, and with further dilution to come, your money is better in the bank.
