$4.515 vwap (- guess really) minus $1.615 (cash back per share) = $2.9 then TIMES 7 PDL shares to get 1 PPT share = $20.3 PPT cost base equiv. falls within the $19-23 band does it not?

but RECENTLY $3.80 low (subtract $1.615 then *7) to $5 high (do the same math again) range....PPT equiv is roughly $16 (low) - $24 (high) per PPT cost base range.
