Brett stated that PLL would be getting their 113kt allotment next year starting from 31/03/2023, but he did NOT say that PLL would get all of their allotment first. The question of who gets what and when is still unclear other than PLL will get its full 113kt.
You could assume however that if Brett is guaranteeing PLL the full 113kt then it is likely PLL would be getting the majority of the production run until Brett is sure that the committment will be met.
How much Sayona gets and sells next year will be wholly dependant on how close they can come to producing the projected max output of 226kt
