EM funding needs to happen first. Fred's shares cannot be issued and that deal cannot be done until after EM funds are cleared. Unless some other financial arrangement can be made.

I don't believe that we are waiting for the demo units to become ready. EM have already been given demo units as part of the deal with them is marketing in China. We have been told that this would happen before shareholders get a demo. All we are waiting for now is the EM funding.

Otherwise a separate EGM would be required just to demo to shareholders.
