Cannot understand why we did not get an in specie allocation, would be far fairer IMO.
I get what you are saying and it would be nice, but JRL need the cash for the lithium works and Dynamic needs to be capitalized by someone.
Also, remember that a lot of shares are held by management / directors and they too will need to stump up if they wish to participate.
If they gave shares in specie, they could be accused of favouring themselves given the size of their holdings.
