Bp, all of us can be guilty of looking too deep into research. All the market madness does not make it easier but I have no doubt that CXO must be paid prior to ship leaving port. That's how the system works. Importer is welcome to check out the goods at any reasonable time. If they want to sift through every morsel, they can but there is no need to. It's already been checked. If product is found to be faulty on arrival or down the track then an independent investigation would begin. That alone would trigger alarm bells. In this industry, imo It's impossible.
